This collection consists of one item, a letter written by D. Tillie Pearson to her Aunt Maggy.  The letter is written from Plattsmouth, Nebraska Territory, and is dated June 29, 1859.  In the letter, Pearson describes visiting Salt Creek with her family and the abundance of fish, as well as fruit.  She also discusses the crops her father planted and the garden, as well as the chickens and turkeys they are raising.
