The Nebraska History Museum does not have its own parking lot or space, but there are many nearby options. Not only are there metered parking spaces across downtown, there are many parking garages blocks from the museum.

StarTran bus #44 runs along O Street and has a stop one block away from the Nebraska History Museum.
Many BikeLNK bike rental stations are spread throughout downtown Lincoln, including one at 14th and P just a block away. There are also bike racks located outside the entrance and across the street at the US Social Security Administration building.
The Nebraska History Museum provides limited bus parking directly in front of our main entrance on North Centennial Mall. There are two parallel bus spaces available on-site.
The bus parking spaces are open to buses and other vehicles used to transport tour groups. Vehicle Tour Group signs are available at the front desk.
We advise that bus drivers approach the museum from P street and turn right on North Centennial Mall.
