9210-53 Collar hook Used to button men’s stiff collars. This one is advertising Barker Collars and Magees, a Lincoln clothing store. This one comes from the Cosgrave family collection and was likely used by Judge Patrick James Cosgrave of Lincoln. It probably dates from the 1910s.
