On September 9, 2026, at the Nebraska History Museum, join us for a fantastic opportunity to explore how our amazing Nebraska archeologists uncover the rich history of our state. You’ll learn about the cool tools they use, discover how they decide where to dig, and see what incredible finds have been made right here in Nebraska!
Open from 9 a.m. to noon, you can spend the whole morning diving into archeology learning stations or just swing by for a little bit—whatever works for you! We’ve got activities designed for learners from Pre-K all the way up to 8th grade.
