HISTORICAL NOTE
The Congregational Church of Beemer, Nebraska was organized on March 31, 1899 at a meeting held at the home of Mrs. A. D. Beemer. At the organizational meeting, twenty-five people were entered as charter members. In August, 1899 the members decided to build a church. The church building was dedicated on January 14, 1900.
SCOPE AND CONTENT NOTE
This collection consists of one item, a church history. Written by Kathryn Frahm, the Church’s clerk and treasurer in 1950, this item provides information on the fiftieth anniversary celebration of the Beemer Congregational Church, as well as information on the history of the Church.
