Edward F. Bottcher was born on October 2, 1906 at Talmage, Otoe County, Nebraska. He served as a school board member at Talmage, Nebraska, and was connected with the Nebraska Association of School Boards. He died on October 3, 1988.

The collection consists of a 10 page typescript written by Edward F. Bottcher in 1952.
