SCOPE AND CONTENT NOTE
The collection contains four letters regarding Nebraska labor unions. Three of the letters are written by Pat Noonan of Omaha, Nebraska, to Seigel Peterson in January and February of 1920 when Peterson was in Alliance, Scottsbluff, and Chadron, Nebraska. The letters concern recruiting workers for labor union membership. A fourth letter from A.E. Baker of Chadron, Nebraska, dated February 10, 1920, announces a labor strike scheduled for February 17, 1920. Also included is a 1920 election ballot for Construction Workers Industrial Union No. 573, of the Industrial Workers of the World.
