SCOPE AND CONTENT NOTE
The collection consists of a letter written by Thomas E. Lowell of Lincoln, Nebraska, to James Edwin Jones of England. The letter is dated November 21, 1886 and in it, Lowell describes the status of a packing house in Lincoln that was owned by Jones. Lowell asks to purchase the lots of the packing house from Jones. Lowell also mentions a blizzard that had occurred recently.
