Collections Donations Form

Thank you for your interest in donating to the collections of NSHS. Each offer will be discussed and decided upon a case-by-case basis; donations are accepted only when the item or materials truly complement the collections and fits the mission of NSHS.  For more information about what we will collect, see our Collecting Plan (PDF). Please fill out the following form, so that we might consider your offer. Please do not send materials without prior approval of Nebraska State Historical Society’s curators. Understand that the Nebraska State Historical Society only accepts materials as unrestricted gifts –not as loans or anything whose donation includes restrictions or conditions.

*Due to a staff vacancy, the NSHS is currently not adding to the Library collection.
