In 1879 Rejcha bought railroad land in Lancaster County and in December of that year married Anna Chrastil, daughter of a Lancaster County pioneer. He served as treasurer of the local school district for twenty-one years.  From 1907 to 1909 he served in the Nebraska State House of Representatives.  He then moved to Wilber, Nebraska, where he served on the town board.  Anna Rejcha died in 1925 and Frank Rejcha died in 1932.  Both are buried in the Wilber Czech Cemetery at Wilber, Nebraska.
