It’s the season for the spooky, the strange, and the supernatural! Visit the Nebraska History Museum on Monday, October 30th, for a ghostly event for the entire family.
We’ll have a special Haunted Histories in Nebraska presentation with Jade Mendoza of Lincoln Historical Ghost Quest, followed by a chance for you to learn and use professional paranormal investigating equipment! There will also be a group-led mini-paranormal investigation at the museum. You might even encounter a ghost or two!
To join the Ghost Quest, please register here.
Our 3D Objects Curator and our Photo and A/V Curator will select some of our collection’s spookiest artifacts and photos, including spirit photographs that you can look at behind the scenes in our Collection’s Lab.
There will also be family-friendly activities throughout the museum and the opportunity to chat with folks from the State Historic Preservation Office about whether your house is haunted or just really old. Costumes are encouraged, and we hope to see you at the Nebraska History Museum!
