SCOPE AND CONTENT NOTE

The collection consists of one box of papers relating to Jennings Young Castle. The bulk of the collection consists of correspondence received by Castle from 1915-1920, much of it during his military service and training at various military camps. Also included is a diary, 1914-1915, describing classes and activities at Hyannis High School, work on his parents' ranch, local news, etc. The collection is unprocessed, but the following inventory is available.
