The Tillotsons of Omaha owned Tillotson Construction Company and built reinforced concrete elevators throughout Nebraska and the Midwest. The Ahrens family farmed in and Platte and Colfax Counties.

This collection consists of one box of family history narratives, biographical and genealogical information, and correspondence relating to members of the Ahrens and Tillotson families. Also included is information about Tillotson Construction Company and their building of grain elevators throughout the Midwest.
