SCOPE AND CONTENT NOTE
The collection contains information relating to Lincoln, Nebraska, pioneer Severyn Bruen Linderman and his extended family including the McCormicks, Crums, Armstrongs, Packers, Kellys, and Lindermans. Included in the collection are photocopies of biographical information from various publications, as well as some handwritten notes. A family tree and the Linderman family crest are also included. Other miscellaneous items include a list of officers attached to the U.S.S. Adirondac on July 17, 1862; a program of the Nebraska Minstrels (First Nebraska Infantry, U.S. Volunteers); and a letter dated November 7, 1867, from Severyn Linderman to Annie Kelly concerning their upcoming marriage.
