SCOPE AND CONTENT NOTE
The collection consists of one letter from Dr. P.H. Bartholomew of the U.S. Public Health Service in Lincoln, Nebraska, to Mrs. W.W. Hull, secretary of the Delphian Club, Shelton, Nebraska. Dated November 13, 1923, the letter discusses the benefits of the newly enacted Nebraska marriage law of 1923 in regards to controlling the spread of venereal disease.
