Every Saturday in September between 11 a.m. – 3 p.m., we will be celebrating Nebraska Archeology Month with unique Hands-On History programs. These programs provide visitors of all ages the opportunity to learn more about archeology and its importance to history. Each Saturday will feature something new, so be sure to visit every weekend!
What is the difference between a petroglyph and a pictograph? Join us at the museum to test your knowledge and show off some state pride! This week, Archeology month highlights Nebraska’s own Petroglyphs and you can help us create our own wall of Nebraska symbols!
